I am, for the most part, a self-taught artist with a love of portraiture although I often dabble in landscapes and still life. I work in Oils, Pastels and Watercolour.
I currently live in Bristol with my husband and family and work from my home studio.
I find people fascinating and I am constantly surprised by the infinite variations that exist not only between faces but also in their expressions. I try to convey not only a sense of what the person looks like but also some essence of their personality and character.
